For everyone who runs Meta ads

Launch and run Facebook and Instagram ads in one window

ads.cab is one website for all your Meta ads. Launch new ads in minutes, see every number in one place, and let simple rules look after your spend day and night.

What is happening

  1. Today’s spend and results across all your ad accounts.
  2. A rule sees an expensive ad set, pauses it and sends you a message.

01How it works

Three steps from zero to running ads.

ads.cab is a website where you launch and run Facebook and Instagram ads. It connects to your ad accounts (The Meta account where your ads live and where the money for them is charged.) the official way and takes the boring, repeated work off your hands.

  1. 1

    Connect your Meta account

Open Accounts, the Connect tab, and press Continue with Facebook. Meta’s window opens: log in to Facebook there. Tick the ad accounts and Pages you want to work with. We never see your password.

  2. 2

    Launch your ads

Pick a creative, an audience and a budget. ads.cab checks everything and creates the ads (What people actually see: a picture or video, a text and a button.) paused. You take a look and press start.

  3. 3

    Automation keeps watch

Rules check your ads every few minutes, pause the expensive ones and message you in Telegram. Every action shows up in the history.

02Launch

Launch ads faster, without mistakes.

From one picture to a ready campaign in many ad accounts, checked before it is created.

Launch

One ad, every placement

What it is

Add your ad in a few sizes: square, portrait and tall. ads.cab puts each size in the placement (Where the ad appears: Feed, Stories, Reels and other places on Facebook and Instagram.) where it looks right: Feed, Stories, Reels. If a size is missing, you see the gap before you launch.

Why you need it

Your ad looks right everywhere, and nobody checks placements by hand.

What is inside

  • Five sizes: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9 and 1.91:1
  • A map of which placement gets which file
  • Up to five texts and headlines in one set

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. You add one ad in three sizes: square, portrait and tall.
  2. ads.cab reads each size: 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
  3. Each size goes where it fits: Feed, Stories, Reels.
  4. Every placement is covered. Nothing is missing.

Bulk launch

One campaign into many ad accounts at once

What it is

Set up a campaign (The top level of an ad: one goal, for example sales or sign-ups.) once and choose where it goes: several ad accounts (The Meta account where your ads live and where the money for them is charged.), Pages or pixels. ads.cab creates a copy in each one and checks every copy on its own. A CSV or Excel table can become a launch too.

Why you need it

An hour of copy and paste becomes one minute.

What is inside

  • Any number of ad accounts and Pages in one go
  • Its own check and status for every copy
  • Media straight from a Google Drive or Dropbox link

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. One campaign, set up once.
  2. It is copied into many ad accounts at once, here five.
  3. Each copy gets its own check.
  4. All five are created paused. You press start.

Pre-launch check

A checklist runs before anything is created

What it is

Before ads.cab creates anything in Meta, it checks the launch: is the Page linked, is the pixel (A small piece of code on your website that tells Meta who bought something or left a request.) set, does the budget fit the limit, do the sizes cover the placements, does the link open. Green means fine. Yellow means look first. Red means fix it, and the launch waits.

Why you need it

Mistakes are caught before they cost money. And every launch is created paused: you press start.

What is inside

  • Green, yellow and red: easy to read at a glance
  • Red stops the launch until it is fixed
  • A log of every object created, and every error

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. Before creating anything, ads.cab runs a checklist.
  2. Page, pixel, budget, sizes: each line gets a green tick.
  3. One line is yellow: worth a look, but it does not block the launch.

03Automation

Your budget is looked after day and night.

Rules do what you would do yourself, only faster and at any hour.

Automation rules

Rules check your ads every few minutes

What it is

Write a rule like a sentence: if the cost per result (CPA) (How much one sale, sign-up or other goal costs you.) is above $6, pause the ad set (The middle level: who sees the ads, where, and how much you spend per day.). ads.cab checks it on schedule, as often as every 5 minutes, does what you said and sends you a message in Telegram, Slack or by email.

Why you need it

An expensive ad is stopped even at 3 a.m., while you sleep.

What is inside

  • Ready-made sets: cut losses, grow winners, pause at night
  • Test a rule on the last 30 days before switching it on
  • Or describe it in words, and AI drafts the rule

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. A rule in plain words: if the cost per result goes above $6, pause.
  2. The cost per result climbs past the $6 line.
  3. The rule flips the ad set to paused.
  4. You get a message in Telegram saying what happened and why.

Budget control

Money moves to the ad sets that work

What it is

Set a goal, for example a cost per result of $5. ads.cab moves the daily budget from expensive ad sets (The middle level: who sees the ads, where, and how much you spend per day.) to cheaper ones, step by step and within the limits you set. You see the plan before anything changes.

Why you need it

The same budget brings more results.

What is inside

  • Goals: a cost per result, or the revenue each dollar brings
  • A days-and-hours grid: ads run only when they sell
  • Any step can be undone in one click

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. Ad set A is expensive, ad set B is cheap.
  2. ads.cab shows the plan first: move $80 from A to B.
  3. The budget flows to the cheaper ad set.
  4. Same money, more results. One click undoes it.

04Analytics

See which ads earn money.

Spend, revenue and results from every source, on one screen.

Trackers

Spend goes to your tracker, revenue comes back

What it is

Connect your tracker (A separate service that counts clicks, sales and revenue from your ads.). ads.cab sends it the spend from Meta and brings back clicks, sales and revenue. ROI (How much you earned compared with what you spent. +50% means $150 back for every $100.) appears next to every campaign, ad set and ad, and rules can use it.

Why you need it

You see which ads earn money, not just which ones get clicks.

What is inside

  • Several trackers at once, matched by campaign, ad set or ad
  • A check that shows where Meta and the tracker disagree
  • Sales go back to Meta as server events, so it learns who buys

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. Meta knows the spend. Your tracker knows the revenue.
  2. ads.cab sends the spend to the tracker.
  3. Revenue comes back and lands next to the campaign.
  4. ROI appears: $1,860 back for $1,240 spent is +50%.

Creative analytics

See which pictures and videos work, and which are tired

What it is

Every creative gets its own numbers across all the ads where it runs: CTR (Out of 100 people who saw the ad, how many clicked it. 2% means 2 clicks per 100 views.), cost per result, ROI. Sort them in one click. When people have seen an ad too often and stop clicking, its CTR line falls and ads.cab marks it as tired.

Why you need it

You stop paying for tired creatives and make more of the winners.

What is inside

  • Numbers for each picture, video and text, even inside dynamic ads
  • Tags by hook, offer and format, by hand or by AI
  • One click puts a winner into a new launch

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. Every creative with its own numbers.
  2. One click sorts them from cheapest result to most expensive.
  3. The CTR line of one video falls: it is tired, people stopped clicking.
  4. The winner is marked. Make more like it.

Other platforms

TikTok, Google and Snapchat in the same table

What it is

Connect ad accounts from TikTok, Google Ads and Snapchat. Their campaigns, spend and results sit next to Meta in one table, and the same rules can pause them or change their budgets.

Why you need it

One screen for all your ad money instead of four tabs.

What is inside

  • Spend, clicks and results synced every day
  • Pause, switch on and daily budget from ads.cab
  • Each platform is connected only if you choose to

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. Ads on four platforms, each in its own tab.
  2. They line up in one table.
  3. Spend and results fill in side by side.
  4. One total for all your ad money.

Reports

A client report that builds itself

What it is

Pick what goes in: key numbers, a chart, top creatives, comments, a short AI summary. Add your logo and colors. ads.cab sends the report on schedule by email, Telegram or Slack, or as a private link.

Why you need it

No more screenshots and spreadsheets every Monday.

What is inside

  • Only your brand on the page
  • Daily, weekly or monthly, at the hour you choose
  • Private links with an end date and a password

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. A blank report page.
  2. Your logo and the key numbers drop in.
  3. The chart and a short summary are added.
  4. The report goes to the client as a link, on schedule.

05Audiences and comments

Reach the right people, and answer them.

Who sees your ads, and what they say under them.

Audiences

Find more people like your best customers

What it is

Upload a list of your customers. ads.cab turns emails and phone numbers into hashes (scrambled codes) on its server, sends only the hashes to Meta and does not keep the list. Then build a lookalike audience (People Meta finds who are similar to your customers, from 1% to 20%. 1% is the closest match, 20% is the widest.) from 1% to 20% in one step and see how many people Meta can reach.

Why you need it

Ads reach people who are likely to buy, not everyone.

What is inside

  • Customer lists, website visitors, Page and video viewers
  • Lookalikes for several countries at once
  • Reach estimate from Meta next to every audience

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. You upload a list of your customers.
  2. ads.cab hashes the emails on its server and sends only the hashes to Meta.
  3. Meta finds the 1% of people most like them.
  4. The circle grows to 3% and 5%: more people, a bit less alike.

Comments

Spam disappears, questions get answers

What it is

All comments under your Facebook and Instagram ads arrive in one list. Each one gets a tag: spam, question, complaint, praise. Rules hide spam and answer common questions with ready replies from your Page.

Why you need it

Nobody sees spam under your ad, and buyers get answers in minutes.

What is inside

  • Hide, delete or reply as your Page
  • Comments in other languages translated for you
  • Lead form sign-ups in the next tab, with CSV export

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. New comments arrive under your ad.
  2. Each one gets a tag: spam, question, praise.
  3. The spam comment is hidden by a rule.
  4. The question gets a ready answer from your Page.

06AI assistant

A helper that knows your numbers.

Optional. It only suggests; you decide.

AI assistant

Ask in plain words, get an answer with numbers

What it is

Ask “why did my CPA (How much one sale, sign-up or other goal costs you.) go up?”. The assistant looks at your real figures and answers: what changed, where, and what to do. Nothing changes until you press Apply. It can also turn a sentence into a rule or a launch draft, and check your accounts every day.

Why you need it

An answer in seconds instead of an hour in spreadsheets.

What is inside

  • Every suggestion shows the numbers behind it
  • Drafts of rules and launches from one sentence
  • The owner or an admin can switch AI off at any time

More in Platform

What is happening

  1. You ask a question in plain words.
  2. The assistant looks at your figures.
  3. It answers with numbers: what changed and where.
  4. It suggests what to do. Nothing changes until you press Apply.
